History

Designed in 1912, renovated for today

The house was designed by architect O. Brison and its plans were approved by the municipality of Forest on 14 April 1912. They show the classic Brussels townhouse layout: a drawing room on the street side, a dining room in the middle, a veranda towards the garden and bedrooms at the front on the upper floors.

The renovation kept what gives the building its character (the façade, the oriel, the stained glass, the mouldings) and rebuilt everything inside: services, insulation, floors, joinery, kitchens and bathrooms.
